Shipping Policy

  • We strive to ship orders within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
  • Weekly subscription orders ship every Monday. If Monday is a holiday, orders will ship on Tuesday.
  • Monthly subscription orders ship on the 1st of every month.
  • All items within an order will ship together in one package.
  • Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes.

Things to Note

  • We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx SmartPost.
  • Please use a physical address whenever possible for the fastest delivery.
  • APO/FPO addresses should select "United States" and the appropriate Armed Forces region during checkout.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Sales Tax Policy

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Betcha Catcha Crab.
